Volunteers  

Volunteer is the one who decides to give a free service or contribute with his time, talent and strengthen without receiving money and that is motivated by a personal commitment.

To be a volunteer you need to have commitment, responsibility and respect for this work and for the people we are working with.

 
Objective

To promote the philanthropic culture, to strengthen the organized participation of the society in their integral development and in the solution of the community problems.

To promote the voluntary work strengthening the professionalism and commitment to support the society.

Working with people, groups and disadvantaged communities, looking for their development to improve the quality of life, working in the goals that they have proposed, scientific, cultural, of health, of environmental improvement, etc.

The reality of Mexico :

 

The volunteer has a great importance in the development of the country, it is a grate capital; there is no a report of the miles of hours that some people deliver to work in the whole country and that generally they cover the emptiness of the government, which are replaced by the services of the civil society organizations.

The opposite to the volunteer is to believe that this title is subject to contingencies, to states of mind, to favorable circumstances or not; it is not also the opportunity to use our free time, which exceeds us, must be on the other way the suitable administration of the time to be able to expire unconditionally with this commitment, to which nobody, any more than we themselves we join.

The volunteer humanizes the service that gives supports and promotes the image, gives prestige and credibility towards the organization to obtain resources. They share time, talent, resources, and experiences. They are not fond; and the most important thing, they do not suffer.

What it could have estimated by the passage of time, is that the voluntary work looks increasingly for a better training to the interior of the institutions, a major professionalization, which means to rely on more professionals that they should can do what is needed.

The volunteers, who prove the satisfaction of serving, are the best spokesmen for the project by telling other people their experiences and showing a good image of the organizations.

It is also thru ought volunteers that the organizations can extend their platform; for each volunteer a range of possibilities is opened. They will be able to attract other volunteers.
